Meet Your Creatives
Team engagement project
The following posters were produced to engage multiple departments in the creative team. My store's People Operations Planner enlisted my creative skills to make a slide for the information board for that was visible to Apple Store employees. This board saw high foot traffic throughout the work day and was alternated periodically.

Creative Types
The creative type section derives from Adobe's personality test at https://mycreativetype.com/ which highlights the dynamic creative styles of individuals.

Passion
My goal here was to highlight their individuality as each Creative specialized in a variety of disciplines and passions, respectively.

Favorite Class and App
It was a priority to bring interest into what classes they favored teaching as this is the primary function of a creative at Apple.
The QR code (may not be active any longer) was a direct link to signup for said class and was not labeled at times in order to provide the user the opportunity to "scan first and then discover".
Each app had to be available on an Apple device.

Style & Layout
Each name, font, and portrait were specifically chosen to express the individual's characteristics. This ranged from professional pursuits (i.e. Nick's music career and his portrait's background music visuals) to what enlivened the creative (i.e. Courtneys cat, Stanley under her passion section and shown in the background of her portrait).  The style of portrait was produced by the same means featured in multiple Procreate sessions taught at the Apple Store.

Production
The photography, portrait illustrations, research interviews, personality surveys (Adobe Creative Types), typography, design layout, printing, and displaying were all facilitated, performed, and compiled entirely by myself. I used multiple iPhones, iPads (with an Apple Pencil), and my own digital camera to produce these with the Procreate app. After each poster was made, they were reviewed and approved by my People Operations Planner.

Results
Overall, these individual arrays were an attempt to engage the passions of the entirety of the store by sharing something new about the Creative team that people could relate to. They were not only fun to make for myself and each creative highlighted but, they brought a true sense of community to the culture of the store. This personally left me humbled and overjoyed as the resulting impact was beyond my initial expectations.
