mís letras
My letters have been a companion for many years. I've sought a deeper understanding in why I do them as the years have passed. I attribute this to the same very spirit of early hip-hop. The 1970s and 1980s teenagers who sought to make something from nothing when they printed their names on trains. I too am the "writer" rising up from the ashes.

anime
It all started with this one piece in 8th grade (2005) when I gave myself the name "anime" as a nod to all of the amazing Japanese animation I viewed regularly. These stories added value to the grander story at large including my own.

"e" study
A study of the letter "e"(above). Developed over 10 years, the piece below that says nothing more than "e".

mís letras (canvas and design)
This series above is based off of a self portrait canvas expressing the symbiotic relationship I have had with my letters.

rose 1
This painting/design stemmed from my affinity to explore where abstract shapes can escape the written word and expound upon the physical world.
